2 artists, 2 atmospheres : the Fondation d’entreprise Ricard has taken the crazy gamble of bringing together Maurice Blaussyld and Samuel Richardot, two plastic artists who are all in opposition, under the direction of curator Anne Bonin. A frontal exhibition called DUOGRAPHIE, which finds its common thread in the study of silences. One metaphysical, the other more spontaneous: these two silences echo as the works unfold and end up in a non-representative art with multiple faces. On the installations as on the canvases, the colour unfolds against the black, the structure rubs shoulders with the deconstruction but nevertheless, on closer inspection, the visitor will discover that Maurice Blaussyld and Samuel Richardot have much more in common than he could have imagined.
