Art Elysées: 10 years of a balanced and coherent vision

Often referred to as a” wise fair “for its positioning rather modern than contemporary art, the Art Elysées – Art & Design fair asserts for its 10th anniversary its identity: a demand for quality, a generalist tendency for a balanced vision of art and a cohesive participation with the actors of the private and public spheres.

On the occasion of this 2016 edition, Art Elysées joined forces with Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme to propose an Off-Wall tour in which the Galerie Messine Galerie & Conseil exhibits a selection of works by the French artist Pierre-Marie Lejeune scattered throughout the common areas of the hotel during the fair.

Since its creation in 2007, the fair has become a true artistic conversation rather than an exhibition venue, and has become the defender of safe values for amateurs and collectors. From the rare exhibition of Dubuffet’s prints to the collaboration between Lalique and the recently deceased Zaha Hadid, passing through a design section resolutely turned towards the 20th century. For a simple conclusion: no matter what time, only beauty matters.
