This week, Nicolas Audebert, General Manager of Châteaux Canon et Rauzan-Ségla, gathered at a select group of bon vivants—like calligrapher Nicolas Ouchenir, journalists Lauren Bastide and Philippine Darblay and entrepreneurs Olivier Van Themsche, Rasmus Michau and Constance Gennari—for a special lunch at Atelier Eiffel. The meal was prepared by chef Jean-Baptiste Depons, paired perfectly with a tasting of eight vintages. For one week, the Châteaux has come directly to Parisians, bringing with it a unique culinary experience that mixes conviviality and exceptional vintages.
