Designer’s Days 2013 Awards Ceremony
Before the grand closing evening of the D’ Days 2013 course (including Designer’s Days 2013), the association gathered its members and partners in the honorary salons of the Town Hall to present its prizes. Patricia Urquiola and Moroso were thus awarded the Object Prize for the Biknit armchair, while the prize for the best proposal went to the young designer Sabrina Transiskus for her scenographic work “Héros” for the Sèvres-Cité de la céramique. Recipient of the 2013 Personality Award, it was with a moving speech that Béatrice Salmon closed the ceremony by announcing her departure from the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, which she had chaired for thirteen years now.
