The campaign for LIBRE, YSL Beauty’s latest perfume, was unveiled just before the summer. But Paris Fashion Week was—of course—the perfect time to celebrate the official launch. With notes of orange blossom and lavender, LIBRE adds to the collection of iconic fragrances by the house, and Grammy-winning singer Dua Lipa is its muse. In the discreet venue Chez Castel, guests like Derek Blasberg, Nicky Hilton, Ines Rau, Fiona Zanetti and Jasmine Sanders (a.k.a. Golden Barbie) gathered on the first floor for a dinner prepared by chef Jean Imbert. Dinner melted into party mode, with a DJ set by Caroline Polachek and—highlight of the evening—a live performance by Dua Lipa. Fittingly she sang “I Am Free” by the Rolling Stones, reinvented for the perfume campaign.
