Elegance for everyone with Galeries Lafayette by Laetitia Ivanez

Last night, Galeries Lafayette unveiled the new version of their own brand, signed for the first time by an external artistic director: Laetitia Ivanez. The creator of the Prairies de Paris, her creative adventure today in parentheses, has thus declined the spirit of department stores in a collection of fair clothes and presented in the form of a wardrobe as coherent as it is charming. It was at the headquarters of the French Communist Party that the department store gathered its Parisian friends to unveil the collection and the film by Alexandra Leroux and Damien de Medeiros. In this one, choreographer and dancer Leo Zurfluh enters into the architecture of the PCF, renamed CCET (Central Committee of Elegance for All) and tries out a succession of wardrobe outfits imagined by the new artistic director. This launch is part of a dual framework: a strong refocusing on the fashion spirit of the department store – notably with the fashion show Vêtements, which took place in its departments last July – but also a concentration on the Galeries Lafayette brand, an iconic brand in Paris and abroad and a symbol of an accessible and grand dyeing chic that has delighted generations of French people.
