Evening of the Fragrance Foundation France

The Fragrance Foundation France’s grand evening, which brings together the main players in the world of perfumery, awarded its trophies on Thursday evening: 16 FIFI Awards rewarding the best perfumes launched on the French market in 2015.

The Lido de Paris hosted the 2016 festivities and some of the biggest names in the profession, at the origin of the scents that will invade the world and bail out the accounts of couture houses in a gigantic marketing plan that only the French have the secret. This year, therefore, the 24th edition of the not-to-be-missed event, and a jury of 24 experts composed of journalists, evaluators and bloggers, crowned Tabac Tabou de Parfum d’Empire (best niche fragrance) and Misia de Chanel (best fragrance from a major brand collection).

The professionals’ prize was awarded to Le Jardin de Monsieur Li d’Hermès, while the Fifi d’or, chaired by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, elected L’Ecstasy by Nina Ricci (signed by Francis Kurkdjian) and Icon de Dunhill (created by Carlos Benaim) for their overall excellence.
