Festival’Tous à table’, first edition

Solidarity, Mixity, Gastronomy: these are the promises of the Tous à table Festival, the first major gastro (and new) event of the new school year. A triangular DNA for this gourmet initiative initiated by Flavio Nervegna and whose culinary and musical directions were respectively entrusted to Sébastien Ripari and the collective’Your tailor is a punk’. More than yet another “good food” manifesto, Tous à table proposes to participants to finance half of the meals, for those who would not usually pass through the doors stamped “bobos” of such an event. The music softening the mores (and the weather?), the Festival invites in parallel a selection of artists to invest the scene, all the holy day long.

Culture and gastronomy, therefore, under the benevolent space of the Carreau du Temple, the time of a programming articulated around three strong moments: the brunch of the pastry chefs, the aperitif of the bistrônomes and the dinner of the stars, interspersed with concerts and musical performances. Twin Twin, Keren Ann, Cascadeur, Peter von Poehl and Beatrice Ardisson all shone on Saturday. Class. As far as kitchens are concerned, the festival can be proud to have given pride of place to the great Chefs as much as to the newcomers, Cyril Ligniac, David Toutain, Hervé Rodriguez and Guy Martin on one side, Guillaume Sanchez, Pierre Sang Boyer or Florent Ladeyn on the other. A treat!
