Fouquet’s celebrates its new card twisted by Pierre Gagnaire

Strong concentration people at Fouquet’s, last night, to celebrate around Dominique Desseigne the new card twistée by Pierre Gagnaire. It must be said that social gatherings are legion in the favourite restaurant of the Elysée and French cinema.

Without revolution, the unique creative touch of the three-star chef makes the Fouquet’s culinary offer evolve while remaining faithful to the principles dear to the Parisian brewery. A new kitchen that glorifies the product and simplicity, available in 60 dishes, including a grilled piece of beef poached in hazelnut butter or a half-salted cod coated with fresh herbs. On the sweet side, Paley Guimet, quetsches and blackcurrant with muscovado sugar close the meal.

The French art of living is therefore healthy and safe; what remains of chic on the Champs-Elysée too. Yummy.
