If there is an event for which the Parisian socialite would agree to queue for hours, it is certainly the Opéra de Paris gala in honor of the season opening. Many (beautiful) people were in attendance last night while Paris is in the middle of Fashion Week, all gathered at the entrance of Palais Garnier. Inside, the hand-picked guests (including the beautiful Keira Knightley dressed in Chanel, main support of the event as well along with Rolex) attended the traditional “Défilé du Ballet” featuring the Étoiles (Dorothée Gilbert, Alice Renavand, Hugo Marchand, Germain Louvet…). Dance Director Aurélie Dupont performed a duo with the Étoile Diana Vishneva with a choreography by the great Ohad Naharin. After the performance came the time for the dinner orchestrated by Le Fooding and, finally, the very popular after party in the Rotonde des Abonnés. It was the opportunity to party through the night alongside top models Coco Rocha and Isabeli Fontana, and actresses Ellie Bamber, Diane Rouxel or Astrid Bergès-Frisbey. All this in an atmosphere worthy of a dream inspired by the Thousand and One Nights…
