This is certainly one of the highlights of this Parisian fashion week. The Messika jewellery house celebrated the tenth anniversary of its Move collection with great pomp and circumstance. For the occasion, Valérie Messika called on none other than Gigi Hadid, the top that everyone is fighting for (and fans of high-flying fashion collaborations) for an exclusive collection. The duo, as glamorous as they are obvious, gives birth to a collection with couture accents. With such a popular headliner, the collection’s anniversary party could only be a success. For the occasion, the Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild was transformed into a superb glittering setting where the building’s mouldings meet a luminous vegetation. With a production entrusted to Albane Cleret, the evening was a real experience. Outside, a performance by dancers in evanescent dresses, accompanied by a quartet of violins and double bass, set the tone from the entrance. While inside the prestigious guests, from Natalia Vodianova to Barbara Palvin, Louise Bourgoin and Ana Girardot, danced to the rhythm of Bob Sinclar’s DJ set, the arrival of Gigi Hadid (dressed in a long glamorous shirt dress and her choker Move High Jewelry Addiction) made all heads turn. The highlight of the evening was the cutting of the giant birthday cake, signed by none other than Pierre Hermé.
