Brach opens its doors in Paris

A former postal sorting centre, this building has been fully renovated. Left to the imagination of designer Philippe Starck, Hotel Brach (latest addition to the Evok Hotels Collections group) has just opened its doors in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of Paris. The venue is an invitation to travel: “Hotel Brach is a place of brutal and modernist romanticism filled with the multicultural influences of Africa, Asia and Latin America. It is an unusual place that invites you to explore and travel,” explains the designer who renovated the 7,000 square-meter of surface area. The inauguration of this elegant and atypical luxury venue reflected its exotic influences: majestic owls flew among dancers, contortionists and acrobats from all over the world, and naiads danced underwater in the pool. Above the 59 rooms and suites, a rooftop offers a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. Between Bauhaus, Dada and Surrealism, raw and natural materials, an atmosphere that is both poetic and unusual, the guests – and soon the visitors – were delighted by Brach’s warm and eclectic atmosphere.
