Ilgiz Fazulzyanov’s fabulous jewels now have their Parisian gallery

Ilgiz Fazulzyanov is certainly no stranger to jewellery enthusiasts. The jewellery artist, a specialist in hot enamel, won the gold medal of the International Jewellery Design Excellence Award in 2011 and 2013, and his works have already been auctioned by Christie’s. Last year, at the dawn of the 25th anniversary of his house, he met with considerable success with his solo exhibition at the Kremlin Museum in Moscow. 2017 marks a new stage for Ilgiz Fazulzyanov: the artist has chosen Paris to open his first personal gallery in Europe. In the Miromesnil district, a stone’s throw from Place Beauvau and the Elysée Palace, this week Ilgiz Fazulzyanov invited his friends (among them designer Georges Hobeika and former Italian James Bond girl Caterina Murino) to discover his five Art-Nouveau style shop windows. Between the sketches on the walls and the fabulous ornaments of an unparalleled technicality – some of which were presented at the Kremlin Museum – the experience is complete and to be discovered without further delay.
