Men’s SS22: Isabel Marant stages a Parisian picnic with Faux Real
Nothing will ever stop Isabel Marant from inviting her friends over for a picnic, not even the uncooperative Parisian weather. As the city finally “reopens”, SS22 Men’s Fashion Week just arrived like a breath of fresh air. It’s a long-awaited opportunity to reconnect with some long-lost faces, but also with the excitement of experiencing fashion physically again, and not just from your screen. What could be better than sitting at a camping table with your cooler to discover the beloved Parisian designer’s new menswear collection? Isabel Marant also took their guests by surprise by choosing quite an unconventional place to host her picnic: the steps of the Palais Brongniart. Next to the columns of the former Paris Stock Exchange’s – decorated with silhouettes of the collection – Faux Real put the cool crowd in the perfect summer mood with a barefoot concert at dawn. Among the guests, top model Constance Jablonski, best friends Raya Martigny and Felix Maritaud, or photographer Alice Moitié and French musician Myd.
