Olivier Saillard’s “Tambour Battant” for J.M. Weston

On the occasion of Men’s Fashion Week, Olivier Saillard, J.M. Weston’s artistic director, imagined a new performance called “Tambour Battant”. A performance, but also a live concert, highlighting the longstaing collaboration between J.M. Weston and the Republican Guard: the company designed riders’ boots since 1975. The big surprise of the evening – the appearance of Sheila Escovedo, Prince’s illustrious drummer, who joined the Republican Guard’s drums on stage. Together, they created a unique experience for the brand’s faithful friends like Tilda Swinton, Hamish Bowles, Aymeline Valade or the young actor Phénix Brossard.
