This season, Claudie Pierlot is all about “Turning up the volume.” The French brand, known for having revolutionized every Parisienne’s wardrobe in the 1980s, is writing a new chapter in the fall with the release of a book retracing its history. It was the perfect opportunity to “make some noise” around the brand’s creative and contemporary spirit, which resulted in this capsule collection co-created with Juliette Armanet. In the Ritz Hotel’s gardens last Thursday, Claudie Pierlot unveiled the collection (showcasing a “Petite Amie” T-Shirt and ultra-contemporary black leather overalls) as well as the campaign images photographed by Charlotte Abramow. The worlds of music and fashion meet for this first collaboration with the French singer awarded at the Victoires de la Musique. Thus, we were not surprised to bump into Parisian girls “par excellence” Lou Lesage, Sylvie Hoarau (Brigitte), Dorcas Coppin, Paloma Coquant, Juliette Dol, Yasmine Eslami, Alessandra Sublet or Iris Mittenaere, as well as the editors of international magazines. They all came to make to check out their favorite pieces before the collection arrives in stores on September 26, as well as on September 19 on claudiepierlot.com.
