Galerie Christophe Gaillard opens La Résidence – Le Tremblay

The Christophe Gaillard Gallery is expanding! After a year of work, the Parisian gallery has just opened a second space, and not the least. La Résidence – Le Tremblay, located in the town of Orgères, near the Perche region, is a complex of three buildings including an 18th century house in the heart of a 14-hectare park. Much more than a new exhibition space, La Résidence – Le Tremblay is designed to host numerous guests in one of the ten rooms of the property where art and design have found their home. Christophe Gaillard also thought of this new space as a creative hub, which will soon welcome artists residencies. Still, the residence remains an exhibition space above all dedicated to the installation of outdoor sculptures meant to merge in the landscape at the occasion of temporary exhibitions. “MARCELLO DOVE SEI? (2020-2021), a fountain by the artist Hélène Delprat, is the first outdoor sculpture to be exhibited at La Résidence – Le Tremblay. On the occasion of the opening, the gallery invited friends and artists to get lost in the domain, before everyone gathered around a fireworks display shot right above the artist’s sculpture…
