Launch of the online magazine “Instants” by Relais & Châteaux

Le Grand Véfour


Three great Chefs from the most prestigious Relais & Chateaux tables officiated at the Grand Véfour during the launch evening of the online magazine’Instants’, whose artistic direction was entrusted to Yorgo Tloupas, from Studio Yorgo&Co. A great moment of gastronomy led by Guy Martin (Le Grand Véfour), Virginie Basselot (Saint James Paris) and Hirohisa Koyama (Aoyagi, Tokyo), in the most famous restaurant of the Palais Royal.

More than a celebration, the happening imagined around the theme of the protection of bees was the occasion for the association to reaffirm its commitments made to UNESCO in November 2014, aiming at the preservation of biodiversity with, as a remarkable weapon, the production of honey in the four corners of the world (Japan, New Zealand, Chile, Space, USA…) in Relais & Châteaux establishments.

Instants offers not only a responsible web platform, but also an editorial line documented around travel and taste: varied views and points of view on destinations meet there as well as culinary recommendations and interviews of committed figures around the defense of the arts of living.
