Be ready to take the height at Fouquet’s : the PAF’s favourite restaurant and political sign for the holiday season a particularly original idea: install on the terrace of Joy a real mountain chalet in homage to the latest Barrière establishment, Les Neiges Courchevel. A Savoyard enclave on the most beautiful avenue in the world that smells of pine wood, beast skin, chimney fires and Christmas at altitude – in the absence of the market. A la carte lunch and dinner at Chalet Neiges 1850 : a unique formula with noble products, obviously composed of a raclette selected by the MOF cheese maker, an assortment of cold meats, a truffled salad and, for dessert, a Norwegian omelette and a chocolate fondue. Snowy slope aficionados will also be delighted to find a spicy wine twisted with Veuve Clicquot Rich champagne, among other subtle food/alcohol combinations. As usual, Dominique Desseigne put the little dishes in the big ones for the inauguration of his popup chic by inviting to his table his irreducible showbiz band. It remains to be seen which of Marilou Berry, Ariane Massenet, Catherine Jacob, Mathilde Seigner, Karidja Touré, Alessandra Sublet or Cristina Cordula ski best on ice. You have until February 17, 2018 to offer yourself this bipolar experience and feel at the top of the slopes in the middle of the Champs. All schuss !
