Londerzeel launch cocktail n°2
After scouring catwalks in New York, London and Milan, fashion aficionados found the energy for a new fashion week of shows, after shows, pre-shows, and after-after shows. Kris van Assche inaugurates the long series of social cocktails at home, inviting his friends to leaf through “Londerzeel” n°2, his arty magazine.” Draw me a Gaze” gathers photographs, texts and works, printed on large format and bound black and white, between two tracing sheets. Sublime.
The cocktail was also the occasion to discover some astonishing works, in particular three large drapes made of small embroidered squares, revealing famous Italian faces, including Donatella Versace, Valentino and Giorgio Armani.
No people at the time of this small intimist happening, but a palanquée of ultra sharp looks, brightened by the happiness of the reunion. In Kris Van Assche’s offices, the avant-garde is displayed without complex, and pretense remains in the cloakroom.
