Marie Beltrami presents her world at Artcurial

Effervescent muse and designer Marie Beltrami is boundlessly creative. After having presented her exhibition “Dada Girl” at the end of January at Alfalibra Gallery, she drew friends for an exhibition and auction at Artcurial on Valentine’s Day. “The World of Marie Beltrami” was divided into three segments: “Bijoux Souris,” a series of jewelry featuring Louiz Elizabeth, her mouse; “Ma Vie de Timbrée,” which featured some 350 envelopes the artist sent to people she admired (everyone from kings to postmen to writers); “Si Paris m’était conté,” in which Marie Beltrami revealed an imaginary universe through the streets of Paris… The creative crowd gathered to honor their friend: designer Yazbukey, photographer Jean-Baptiste Mondino, Jean-Paul Goude, Vincent Darré, Alexis Mabille, Monica Bellucci, Farida Khelfa, and actor Nassim Guizani. Marie Beltrami also signed copies of her first novel, “SonCoeurEnRoseTiepoloSwing.” The evening perfectly reflected the spirit of Marie Beltrami: whimsical, magical, and bright pink.
