Few places can boast a 90-year history. Paris’ Prince de Galles hotel celebrated this symbolic milestone during Paris Fashion Week with an exhibition-event in its public spaces. With “Allure 90+10”, the mythical hotel on the legendary Avenue George V presents twenty photographs embodying timeless elegance starring supermodel and designer Jean-Paul Gaultier’s muse Anna Cleveland. Under the artistic direction of Frédéric Fontan (Alfalibra), the exhibition highlights the work of photographer Ali Mahdavi with a selection of photos and videos. Opening night brought out hotel guests for this evening with a Roaring Twenties ambiance inspired by the era when the hotel originally launched. Ellen Von Unwerth, Marie Beltrami and Thierry Lasry were among the VIP guests invited to stroll through the exhibition before a live performance from singer Demi-Mondaine, headliner of Jean-Paul Gaultier’s Fashion Freak Show…
