Sale The Uomo Vogue

Sold! Original prints of the covers of the Uomo Vogue on the occasion of the 5 years of the men’s magazine. Five years of Italian style, and a long list of prestigious editorials shot by the greatest, from Bruce Weber to Francesco Carrozzini and Paolo Roversi. To get a portrait of Keith Richards, Sean Penn or De Niro, you had to participate in the sale organized behind closed doors at Sotheby’s for the benefit of “Fashion 4 Development”, an association founded by Franca Sozzani, historical editor-in-chief of the sacrosanct Vogue transalpin, who left with a few frames in her hands. A very chic happening 100% fashion week, where we could find under the blows of hammer Ines de la Fressange, Clotilde Courau, Jefferson Hack, Thom Browne, Andrew GN and many others. And 114 700 euros later, the little world of fashion has gone…
