Following the haute couture fashion shows, jewelry designer Sarah Jane Wilde gathered her friends on the terrace of the Hôtel de Crillon to present her new collection: exceptional yellow gold pieces with colored stones (malachites, emeralds, onyxes) and diamonds. The very limited edition was created in association with Thomas Erber, who himself dreamed up the hotel’s curiosity cabinet. “Thomas took me on a creative journey too tempting to ignore,” explained the American designer, who is a longtime fan of the legendary hotel. In attendance at the summer cocktail: American designer Thom Browne (Wilde creates jewelry for his eponymous brand), milliner Stephen Jones and curator of the Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum of Art Andrew Bolton.
