Signature and Vernissage Christian Louboutin

For his 20 years of creation, Christian Louboutin offers himself a collector’s book to prestigious contributors. Prefaced by John Malkovitch, the emblematic models of the brand are sublimated by the muses of the house (Rossy de Palma, Kristin Scott Thomas, Farida Khelfa…) and by the film of Philippe Garcia and/or David Lynch. So many great names that echo the creator’s words, elegantly collected by the writer and friend Eric Reinhardt. A series of unpublished photographs, which is also the subject of an exhibition event at the Pierre Passebon gallery. Le Tout-Paris paraded yesterday in its narrow rooms to congratulate the man with the red sole. From Johnny Hallyday to Valérie Lemercier, Fanny Ardant, Wim Wenders, Natalia Vodianova, Thierry Ardisson or Ines de la Fressange. A glamorous cast, which has not failed to honour its host by wearing its most remarkable creations. A big dinner followed in the colonial salons of Macéo. Léa Seydoux, Giambattista Valli, Isabelle Huppert Suzy Menkes, Philippe Starck and gallery owner Thaddeus Ropac were also among the celebrities invited. Sweet 20, Christian!
