The French final of the World Class Competition 2015

Summer doesn’t just mean rosé. The art of the cocktail is also very important with the arrival of the sun and the heatwave, all in gustatory and olfactory proposals – as varied as the colours of a Pantonier. At the origin of the most delicate of them, those which sometimes arouse emotion and delight: the barmen.

True experts in shakers and blends of noble liqueurs, these mixologist artists are rare and coveted, and met last Monday evening at the World Class Embassy for the grand final of the World Class Competition 2015 in France. On the epicurean raout programme: the Speed Challenge and Signature Challenge events, closed with the final event (two variants of Dry Martini) and the Ambassador’s Ball.

Paul Silvers (Le Florian, Lyon) will fly in September to represent the blue-white-red flag in South Africa. Review of a Master class shaken by the Dcontract Agency.
