The Kiehl’s community now has its Parisian home

No need to introduce Kiehl’s, the American brand of New York cosmetics that can boast a unique expertise for 165 years. This week, it is not without pride that its emblematic Parisian boutique at 55 rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine hosted the brand’s very first community space in the world. And no, we’re not talking about a Facebook page or an Instagram account. On the first floor of the Bastille boutique, a real customer service temple awaited Joyce Jonathan (faithful from the first hour), Alysson Paradis or Marilou Berry. Tailor-made facial care and private consultations with Kiehl’s beauty experts, the brand is looking after its aficionados. That evening, Jay One was also present to customize tote bags and pockets, while Léo Lanvin (who is none other than Gérard’s son) provided the sound ambiance on the turntables, all with the approval of Mr Bones – the skeleton that became the brand’s mascot.
