Vernissage Balenciaga / Comme des Garçons
After installing Mrs. Grès’ illustrious drapes among the sculptures of the Bourdelle Museum, the Galliera Museum continues its programming outside the walls at the Cité de la Mode et du Design, focusing on Cristobal Balenciaga and Rei Kawakubo. A double opening yesterday evening, on the stage of the new Cité artistique, trampled by some great names in fashion, including Maryvonne and François-Henri Pinault, Nicolas Ghesquière, Pierre Hardy, Olivier Saillard, Didier Grumbach, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Bertrand Delanoë.
