Kristina Bazan performs at the YSL Beauty Club
YSL Beauty fans previously gravitated to Paris events held at the Jardin des Tuileries and the “Beauty Hotel” on Place de la Madeleine. This time, the brand chose the retro-futurist atmosphere of the Boum Boum club: the capital’s new “place to be” nearby the Arc de Triomphe. With a spirited vibe, the label presented its latest items. Star of the evening—and literally on everyone’s lips—was the Volupté Plump-in-Color! It made a strong impression on Instagramers like Kenza Sadoun El-Glaoui, Camille Benaroche, and Patricia Gloria Contreras… almost enough to steal the spotlight away from the iconic Black Opium fragrance, revealed the same night in a new iteration, as an intense Eau de Parfum. The event took place under a bottle of it, presented like a bright totem. In front of a wall decorated with portraits, sketches and quotes from Mr. Yves Saint Laurent himself, singers Élodie Frégé, Jenifer, Joyce Jonathan and Corine mingled. Around 9pm, singer Kristina Bazan took to the stage to perform live. Before leaving, guests felt the strong temptation to do a little dive in the ball pit.…
