Elle Italy Celebrates Italian Film Stars During the David di Donatello Awards

The 68th edition of the David di Donatello Awards took place last evening, and Elle Italy’s welcome cocktail was a genuine parade of stars. Held at the Lumina Studios in Cinecittà, the event brought together all the guests and nominees attending the official awards ceremony, who shone as brightly as the starry Roman sky. The crème de la crème of the Seventh Art was naturally in attendance, including Penelope Cruz, Matt Dillon, Toni Servillo, Elio Germano, Margherita Buy, Michele Placido, Paola Cortellesi and Isabella Rossellini, to name just a few. A distinguished list of attendees, among which we must highlight the presence of Alessandro Borghi and Luca Marinelli, protagonists of “The Eight Mountains”, which won the statuette for best film. Other remarkable winners of the night were Fabrizio Gifuni, winner of the Best Actor Award for his leading role in “Esterno notte” and Barbara Ronchi, Best Actress Award for the film “Settembre”. Not to forget Elodie, who wrapped in sensual black transparencies took up the stage to receive the Best Original Song Award. In this special celebratory evening, Elle brought together the founding themes that have always guided the magazine and made it so distinctive, namely, cinema, fashion, rigorous journalism, carefully selected imagery, entertainment and, of course, a suitable dose of glamour. Which, in times these times, is always welcomed…
