Claudie Pierlot’s has a history of charity partnerships: with UNESCO, ANNO’s Africa, plus sustainable capsule collections and connections with organizations that give disadvantaged children access to education or help women’s rights. At the beginning of this year, the Parisian brand presented the #RiseUpWithClaudie campaign in partnership with UNESCO: a capsule collection featuring four organic cotton T-shirts that convey the values of tolerance, solidarity and sustainable development. With their slogans, the shirts allow everyone to become campaign ambassadors via social networks. The funds raised will enable Claudie Pierlot and UNESCO to support the Keystone Foundation, an NGO based in India that has been working for 25 years to help women and help the environment. To launch this special operation, Claudie Pierlot invited friends and ambassadors to an intimate dinner at Refettorio, an elegant restaurant located in the crypt of the Église de la Madeleine. (The place was a symbolic one: at lunch, Refettorio feeds people in need.) The dinner’s theme was generosity—including the decoration of the plates, with hands making a “donation.” The event was attended by Annabelle Belmondo, Alexandra Ricci, Léa Villani and Éléonore Lourdais.
