Fooding crunches 2017 with full teeth

Once again, the big annual Fooding party was in full swing on Monday 7 November at the American Cathedral in Paris. Attracted by the always relevant and tasty choices of a guide who is now impossible to circumvent here as everywhere in France, many fine gourmets came to discover the prize list of the year, including the prize for best chef, awarded to Giovanni Passerini, chef of the Passerini restaurant in the 12th arrondissement. On the menu of this edition announcing the theme 2017 under the theme of “L’ amour à la bouche”, and its procession of addresses that will make the year to come, guests – Joey Starr, André Manoukian, Sarah Andelmann among others – were ambienced by a live show from Agar Agar, an electronic duo signed on the Cracki Records label, before discovering some 800 restaurants chosen, tested and approved, reflecting the “taste of the time”.
So as not to lose a crumb, the Fooding 2017 guide is to be eaten from November 10.
