For the second time, Chef Yannick Alléno is investing his mobile kitchens and will serve his exclusive menu in accordance with the rules of the arts of the table, with the help of pie maker Yann Couvreur. In tandem, the two masters of haute gastronomy will offer passengers the chance to relive the legendary Orient Express, immersed in the atmosphere of the 1920s.

On the menu side, for the first of the three menus: green vegetables and Mayenne poularde, caviar with langoustines, fritters with bao. The flavours and textures of an entire continent can be found in this necessarily multicultural menu.
