Born in France in 1996, Nadia Tereszkiewicz is the child of a Polish father and a Finnish mother. Passionate about classical dance since childhood, she started the Cours Florent during high school and theatre became her main preoccupation. The young woman launched her career in a biopic by Stéphanie Di Giusto called « La Danseuse », bringing together her two passions. It was only three years later, in 2019, that Nadia Tereszkiewicz landed her first major film role in « Sauvages », a dramatic romance directed by Dennis Berry alongside Roschdy Zem and Nicolas Duvauchelle. It was only a few months later that she gained public recognition for her first major role in Dominik Moll’s Franco-German thriller « Seules les bêtes ». A year later, she made her television debut in season 4 of « Dix pour cent » on France 2. The year 2022 will be a turning point for Nadia Tereszkiewicz. She first starred in the incisive comedy « Babysitter », in which she co-stars and is directed by Quebec’s Monia Chokri, before playing Valeria Bruni Tedeschi’s double in « Les Amandiers ». The film was presented in official competition at the Cannes Film Festival and won the César for Best New Actress in 2023. In François Ozon’s « Mon Crime », a retro comedy set in the 1930s, Nadia Tereszkiewicz again plays an actress. This year we will see her again in a film by Stéphanie Di Giusto called « Rosalie », selected at the Cannes Film Festival in the category Un certain regard, where she will play the main role alongside Benoît Magimel.
